Rating by category:
Room was cute and a pretty good size for what I paid.
To be fair I didn't address any of these items with the staff, so they may have been able to fix them, but I was exhausted and annoyed: no remote for the TV, bedside table lamp didn't work, toilet paper was almost gone (no spare rolls), and no bath towels left in room (hand towels were).
I liked the layout of everything in the room.
I wish they had weights to lift, and the treadmill made a horrible sound when I ran on it.
Location and friendliness of staff.
While I am happy overall, the rooms could be bigger or have more storage space and the breakfast could be better.
Free wifi and location
Carpet very dirty and stained no hairdryer ,,
Clean, good checkout, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Poor breakfast and no housekeeping
Very friendly staff.
The bed was very small and I slept on the couch. There were not many choices for breakfast, which we have had at other hotels.
Solid Hotel centrally located between Austin northern suburbs (Georgetown Round Rock). Easy Access to Mopac helped to avoid I-35 traffic issues
The location was great - close to stores, restaurants, etc. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. I enjoyed the convenience.
I got a non-smoking room but it clearly wasn't that. The smell of smoke was very loud and prominent. There were some base boards in the kitchen area that were missing which was a pretty ugly sight. The room also had an issue with roaches. I saw more than a few in the short time I stayed here. Not a great experience. For what I paid, I didn't expect high-end luxury but between my allergies being bothered from the smoke, and the giant roaches, I wasn't impressed.
Complex was convenient to the domain and the price was reasonable. The young lady assisting me at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I believe her name was Natalie, but I may be wrong.
There was a couple moving from the complex after midnight. They were making several trips in and out of the building. The door at the bottom of the stairwell would slam shut each time they went in and out. This continued for about 2 hours. There were some strange odors throughout the complex.
The location was good as the drive to the stores and shops at the domain was only a couple of minutes and very direct. The room was really large with a kitchenette. We didn't cook, but took advantage of the refrigerator.
The hotel's rooms are in separate buildings from the main desk, which gives it sorta an apartment feel rather than a hotel. And no every morning maid service. But these were insignificant versus the value and money we saved.
Bathroom was small and the mirror was outside of the bathroom
no stairs, old faucets, smell of cooking
Outer door was broken . Concern with acceess of neighboring reaidents.
Location just off MoPac in North Austin, shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Had the lowest prices in the area while still being an 'acceptable' place to stay.
Room was clean but didn't smell very nice. Kitchen isn't stocked with any plates etc, you need to ask for that. Free WiFi slow and not suitable for Skype (they make you pay extra for that). Free 'breakfast' is a joke - just coffee, packets of Quaker oats, little plastic-wrapped muffins and - to give credit - some decent fresh apples and oranges. I understand this is not a luxury place, but how about advertising it as snacks or something rather than breakfast?
